I specialize in working with teenagers and adults experiencing mental health disruption, including depression, anxiety and OCD.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and emotionally focused therapy to address your concerns, and operate from a stance that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to therapy. I care about your needs and what you are looking for and setting those goals together is my highest priority.
