About Me.
I graduated with my masters in counseling psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2020 and have been practicing as a mental health therapist since then. My focus during my education was on the impact of trauma and abuse, issues of spirituality, identity and family of origin.
I started my private practice because I believe that relational healing is possible. I began my own journey with therapy when I realized I didn’t have the tools I needed to face the realities of life. I believe that a relationship with a therapist can be a very powerful part of the healing process. Being a witness to someone’s story is an honor and a privilege.
In my spare time, I enjoy refurbishing old furniture, baking and spending time with the people I love.
