Individual 50 minute session: $150

Individual 30 minute session: $90

Consultation with other healthcare providers: $50 per 20 minutes

Family/Parent Check-ins: $150 per 50 minutes

I am an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. This means you will be charged the full session fee at the time of your appointment but are able to submit a receipt for reimbursement, which is called a superbill, if you have out of network benefits. Each insurance company/plan has different reimbursement rates.

On the back of your insurance card, there should be a benefits phone number. Call and provide them with the billing code below and inquire about your out-of-network deductible, any co-insurance, or copays for which you are responsible.
